Welcome To Legal Coordination Committee

Legal Coordination Committee for Tamil Nadu Government Doctors (LCC) is a professional body formed on 07 th February, 2021 on the birthday of Respected Professor Lakshmi Narasimhan (Late) the greatest evergreen leader of TN goverment service doctors in Toto.

This Association is the most dynamic friendly one which will fearlessly voice for Voiceless people. Our main principle is fighting for the social justice which includes implementation of GO 354/2009 without any amendments.

Further as we said, we will address the various common issues of TN government service doctors like Compulsory Rural service of two years for any promotion, six amendments in the Corpus Fund and most importantly regular transparent counselling for transfer and Promotions.

🔥இந்த முறைகேட்டில் ஈடுபட்ட மூன்று அதிகாரிகளின் (DME பாபு , ADME மணி மேகலை, DDME ஜெகன்) மீதும் ஊழல் தடுப்பு சட்டம் பாயாதா?

🔥 திவ்யாவின் கண்ணீருக்கு காரணமாக இருக்கும் சுகாதாரத் துறை செயலாளர் மற்றும் அமைச்சர் ஆகிய இருவரின் மீதும், கலைஞர் அவர்களின் நெற்றிக்கண் திறக்கப்படாதா?

🔥ஆய்வு என்ற பெயரில் அராஜகம் பண்ணிக் கொண்டு அலையும் திமுக மூத்த அமைச்சர் துரைமுருகன் மற்றும் மா.சுப்பிரமணியம் ஆகியோர் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படாதா?

இது போன்ற கோரிக்கைகளை கலைஞரின் காலடியில் வைத்து மன்றாடும் விண்ணப்ப போராட்டம்.

போராட்டம் அகில இந்திய அளவில் பெரும் திருப்புமுனையை ஏற்படுத்தும் என்பது திண்ணம்.

Initially LCC took the issue of 23 victims of June 2022 counselling irregularities. Narayana Babu gave justice to the 3 victims immediately.

🔥அதிலும் குறிப்பாக, முதல் victim ஆக இடம் பெற்ற Transfusion medicine (IHBT) ஐச் சேர்ந்த ஒரு பெண் மருத்துவருக்காக, அமைச்சரின் தனி உதவியாளர் வரதராஜன் முன்னிலையில்…நாராயண பாபு மற்றும் சகுனி பாபா ஆகிய இருவருடனும் ஒரு மணி நேரத்திற்கும் மேலாக நாங்கள் வாதம் செய்ததும், ஒரு கட்டத்தில் வெளிநடப்பு செய்திடுவோம் என்று சொன்ன பிறகு தான், பிரச்சனை முடிவிற்கு வந்தது. பெரும்பாலும் PMR மற்றும் MD (IHBT) க்காகத்தான் அதிகமதிகம் நாங்கள் அதிகார மற்றும் அரசியல் வர்க்கத்தின் கோபத்திற்கும் ஆளானோம் (இன்று வரை கூட ! )

🔥Among the remaining 20 victims, Intelligence wing verified their grievances with both LCC and victims and submitted their report to the CM level that all the issues raised by the LCC were genuine.

🔥 Several of the remaining 20 victims, withdrew for the causes they only know.

🔥 The above 7 victims were steadfast in their stand and….

more importantly
more importantly
most importantly…..

they’ve participated in all the agitations done by LCC for the common cause. For example, all the 7 victims were participated in the fast unto death agitation in the LN Sir burial site @ 28.6.22 to 02.7.22.
This attitude of those 7 victims impressed us very much.

🔥 Now all the 7 victims got their original places they had asked in June 2022. 👍👍👍

With this, LCC has achieved it’s goal of fighting for an ordinary government doctor.

🔥 Regarding 2023 counselling, LCC received two important injustices. Passer-by will get justice for them also in course of time.

On 05.01.23 LCC Secretary dr.thahir met Former Jammu kashmir CM Dr. Farooq Abdullah during his journey to Rameshwaram to pay homage to APJ Abdhul Kalam resting place. There our LCC Secretary submitted a memorandum of four demands to him and sought his help. He assured us that he would talk with TN CM and TR Baalu who is the DMK Parliment leader.

I’ve written four demands of LCC and handed over to him. He astonished and then lamented very much 💦when I explained the pathetic situation of TN government doctors as well as prolonged suspended animation of GO 354.

He assured me that he’ll talk with CM as well as DMK parliament leader TR Baalu regarding our demands.

💥 Implementation of GO 354 retrospectively from 2017.

💥 Justice to the doctors affected by the promotion and transfer counselling.

💥Employment order to Divya according to her educational qualification.

💥 Withdrawal of 17 b charge memos given to the

three office bearers of LCC.

Hope that the above four demands will be fulfilled soon.
