Information commission is equivalent to a civil court. It can summon a person and order for a physical presence in front of it as well as giving Punishment.

Generally commission doesn’t accept the second appeal. It will accept the appeal and will give the order only on the basis of merits of the appeal.

This is the third success for LCC. HS and DME didn’t respond to the previous two orders of the commission. LCC brought this disobedience to it already.
